VoiceFlare is a DevFlare product — a lightweight always-on-top voice-to-text overlay for Windows 11. Press your hotkey, speak, get cleaned text on the clipboard, and optionally paste into the app you were using. Runs out of the system tray (not the taskbar). Local Whisper stays private; Groq, OpenAI, and Deepgram are optional.
